[UK-CONTEST] Apologizes

I apologise for my post about the road tax ­ it was not intended to be
political, just I don¹t see why I should have to pay for a gadget which will
then charge me the earth. I¹m probably wrong, but in my mind politics is
party v. party and not public v. govt. Anyway, I won¹t be doing it again.
