[UK-CONTEST] Only words ?

Whilst explaining to a colleague at work, what Amateur Radio Contesting
is all about, we lapsed into a conversation about our joint forces
experiences. (My colleague is also ex R. Signals).

It occurred to me, whilst on the journey home, that during a typical
contest, I lapse into typical military voice proceedure, with phrases
like:

" I say again" or "all after..." or "all before..." or "words twice,
words twice" and even "...wait out to you...G1ABC say again " has
cropped up, with the other station actually waiting!

These lapses seem to crop up, unconsciously, during particularly hectic
or difficult periods in contests. They do seem to help.

I was wondering if any of the other subscribers to the list also have
any "favourite phrases" or even CW keying techniques ?
