Dave, in WinTest this is known as "Intelligent Quick QSL" !!!!!!!!!!
As Default, it sets 200 seconds or 5 QSOs, in between that it sends Dit
Dit. I have been strongly shouted down for daring to criticise it!!
Anyone listening to the recent 1A4 Dxpedition would have heard it.
My position on DX Cluster is unchanged. If you use the Cluster it should
place you in the Multi-op section, conversely if a contest is recognised
as multi-op then it is just that, networked computers and DX Cluster.
This is where it all went screwy last time it was debated because people
wanted to start altering the definition of multi-op. LP FD, SSB FD, CW
FD, Club Calls, 21/28, AFS, 80m Cumulatives, ROPOCO. These can all be
operated by more than one person if required, with networked computers
and DX Cluster. As ever, it is a personal choice. Before you flame me,
please read it once again. As last time, I don't say I support it, but
Multi-op is Multi-op.
