I agree with SJJ -- the lower limit of 1820kHz for RSGB 160m contests serves 
no useful purpose, and is particularly frustrating during the last hour or 
so when contacts are more difficult to find.  Of course, the question of 
whether the February contest is a sensible use of HFCC time and 160m 
bandwidth is another issue.  Should we instead be encouraging UK amateurs to 
enter the CQWW 160m contest a couple of weeks before, and perhaps using the 
RSGB awards for leading UK stations in this event?
