Alex, I also had a qso missing from the log, it was a 15 metre cw contact and I e-mailed the arsi to query it.
I got a reply to say that I was in the log for that qso but the op at VU7 had logged me as GM0EGE .
I duly checked the  on line log for "EGE" and found the qso.
I got confirmation in an e-mail that the 15 m qso was ok with all the details , although it was interesting to notice that there was a time difference in the logs of 10 minutes between my log and the details on the e-mail.
It is possible that your call was incorrectly logged, although I am sure that you have already thought of this and tried various "possible" combinations of your call in the on line log.
