Hi List


Despite Frank's help in negotiating the ghastly
non-intuitive process, my processed licence for life was
simply a blank document.

You will probably not want to hear of the ensuing rigmarole,
but the bottom line is that neither Internet Explorer, nor
BT-Yahoo browser ( possibly IE in a skin?) would process the
.pdf, despite eschewing the security precautions. However
Mozilla Firefox downloaded the document without a hitch.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could do without all Gates'
garbage!

I hope this may prevent others falling into a similar trap.
