[UK-CONTEST] New licence docs

Well my licence was renewed 10 Dec - so was free :-)

Along with the validation document (for 12 months duration) was a letter 
that included the following:

     From December 2006, Ofcom is planning to replace all annual
    licences with new free lifetime licences. The enclosed licence will
    cover the short period until your new lifetime licence is issued
    through the post

    Online Licensing Available from 1 December 2006

    The new online lifetime licensing system will be available from 1
    December 2006 for you to maintain your licence.

So this is completely unclear if I need to do anything or just wait the 
"short period" until the lifetime one will be "issued in the post".
