[UK-CONTEST] New licence!

Hello All,
 
I have followed Graham's advice and sent a polite e-mail to Ofcom. Got a  
standard holding reply back. So will try some of the other things suggested when  
I have the time. What was the quote about life time licensing? Something to 
do  with ease and less time? 
 
>From discussions with some LRS members last night I believe there is only  
one person in the club who has worked out how to leap through all the  hoops.
