Hi
Which would you rather me send - G6FQZ that I was issued with or M0DDT that
I chose? Just a pity M5 wasn't available. The G6 is a mouthful on SSB too.

I did at least pass at 5wpm through the excellent RSGB course at Potters
Bar. The mode is valuable to me as CW is often the only way to work DX with
modest gear at the bottom of the cycle. Sometimes RTTY can do the trick for
DXpeditions as a way of reducing the competition, especially using WARC
bands so it is also well worth having available.

I'm still rather slow at CW and mostly S&Ped in AFS but did make a few calls
in the underpopulated slow section towards the end. 130Q's altogether - last
year 76. Next year ~double again?

At present it's - to him that hast (a run frequency) shall be given! Perhaps
everyone should change frequency after every few QSO's to level the playing
field a little and increase those skills!!! Certainly this would be useful
for 80m CC SSB..........

73 Colin Potter M0DDT ex G6FQZ
