When done well this is great fun.  But do not get the idea that it in 
any way levels the playing field for those with "small pistol"stations.  
I tried this a few years ago in the EU Sprint.  Problem is that when in 
S&P mode and you hear someone you want to work, you always loose out to 
another much stronger station who calls.  Then after that QSO the 
station you want has to QSY! usually to be replaced by the newcomer, who 
you have either already worked or the same happens again!  In "CQ" mode, 
you have the usual problem of not being heard.
