Absolutely Clive.  Maybe these guys have found the solution, however the general fiscal situation in many of their countries is probably similar to what we experienced when we were first licenced, i.e. they may be just a few years behind the curve.  It would be good to check out some of the "emerging" national society mags / contest reflectors though to see what we can learn.  Any lnguists on the reflector?
