Funny how the Germans don't want to use Technology in the adjudication
of contests, but are happy to promote its use during them...!

Here's what G3XTT says on this subject in his IOTA Contest write-up in
the latest RadCom: "Frankly, this is not a difficult check for the
adjudication team to make nowadays."
If G3XTT can do it, then anyone (including DARC) can do it :-)
DJ1YFK recently published an analysis of the correlation between DX
spots of WRTC 2006 stations, and the appearance of callsigns in the WRTC
logs shortly after. The "assisted" entrants are easily identified.
