Iain
I had an FT101ZD and when that went deaf I seem to recall it was
either the small wire from the external antenna socket to a pcb I think, or
perhaps a small capacitor in the same place that had come adrift. I stress
that it happened a long time ago so I may not be spot on with my diagnosis,
but it somewhere to look.

Good afternoon all.
Wonder if anyone can help?
I have a problem with my old trusty FT277ZD. It seems to have gone deaf over
the years.
A couple of questions:
Is there a common problem with the FT277ZD/ FT101ZD that would degrade rx
sensitivity?
Can anyone recommend a UK company who could reliably service my FT277ZD ?
Many thanks in anticipation
