[UK-CONTEST] QSK SSB?

I know exactly how he feels.    Its hard to concentrae of your left 
earhole whilst the wife is telling me a long and complicated story in my 
right.   And woe betide me if I cant remember the detail after the 
Contest.   Does anybody have a circuit for a good XYL filter??
