Chris is probably right but if the log gets sent in as OE4A then Chris by no
fault of his will be wrong!!!

Not necessarily  ..he'll have a QSO in his log with OEVA which may (or may
not) be unique.
On the other hand if G3SJJ sends in his log, OE4A will definitely not get a
point as OE4A will not appear G3SJJs log.
