[UK-CONTEST] Surely

Maybe Colin but there is absolutely no excuse for slopping report 
writing and lack of proof reading.

i wonder if we are heading for that awful style i see now ,where the 
writer's dont' put uppercase for I ,put space then comma ,get there 
apostrophes in the wrong place and don't know the difference between 
their and there!
