[UK-CONTEST] NFD Reminder

NFD is this weekend 2-3 June, 24 hours starting 1500UTC. You don't have 
to pre-register to enter, so in the hope that next week's WX will be 
better than the Bank Holiday weekend, we hope to see lots of activity 
from the UK.

The licence no longer requires us to sign /P but if you are operating 
portable you must sign /P if you enter the contest. See general rule 6f.
