[UK-CONTEST] RSGB 1.8MHz Countries?

Hi all,

Wonder if someone can put me straight on what country list works for this one?  The event rules mention UK regions and countries (without qualification).  The General Rules say that countries are per DXCC list except that JA, W, VE, VK, ZL and ZS call areas count as separate countries.  So this appears to apply to the 1.8MHz events.  Unless of course someone can point me to a statement to the contrary?
