Anyone who tried to work me this morning on top band, or was just
listening and having a good laugh at the resulting chaos heard some new
features developed for cw keying here..

Similar to ESM, I'm calling them EDASM ESRM and FKDPTA

EDASM (Enter doesn't always send message) is particularly useful when
half a dozen W's call you.

ESRM (Enter sends random messages) is a handy subset of the above where
the winkey interface remembers parts of the previous message and adds
them to the beginning of any new ones.

FKDPTA (Function key doesn't PTT the amp)

This is another useful feature where the pressing of a function key
sends the contents of one of the stored messages to the radio but
doesn't key the amp, hence convincing your qso partner that you've gone
to make some toast rather than finish the contact.

In my sleep deprived fug this lot took an age to work out what was
wrong, by which time it was daylight.
