Serials are unique, because they differ for every QSO.  Names
etc. are not unique because they are the same for every QSO
(for the exchange sent).

Why not send serial plus your actual name for your first QSO,
then serial plus the name received in the previous QSO for
other QSOs (as in RoPoCo)?  That levels the playing field.
