Between 1500z and 1600z on the above date a station was operating on 30m
RTTY with what appears judging from cluster spots and incoming QSL Cards to
be a pretty potent station. Spots included several JA, VK, USA, and a
solitary DL from Europe. I have already received several direct QSL's from
JA which is a complete waste of time and money. Seems like the guy was
giving my call as QSL Manager. Since it was the day prior to CQWW RTTY
Contest it would be logical that somebody perhaps wanted to test his gear in
preparation or was just bored stiff using his own call.

This is the second event I have recently received a batch of bureau cards
for MU0ARC in Aug/Sept 2006 on 80/160m CW obviously a very competent
operator judging from remarks on the QSL's pity they are wasted. M0ARC is
the call of The East Yorkshire Contest Group which most definitely was not
in GU during that period. Certainly not a busted call as there are far too
many QSL's and Cluster Spots.
