[UK-CONTEST] SAC Certificate arrives!

This morning a nice Scandinavian Activity Contest (SAC) certificate arrived in the post. "Cor, that's quick" I thought. The SAC Contests were only a few weeks ago in September. But on closer inspection I noticed it was for the SAC-CW Contest on 2002 .... five years ago. 

By contrast CQWW is now (relative to their previous performance) super fast with their certificates.
