I've not seen any other replies to you ........ there are plenty of rules
(some say too many) on the VHFCC Web site at
http://www.vhfcc.org/rules/07rules/frameindex.html
I wonder if your browser is not letting you see the index. The date and time
of the contest is shown in the "calendar" section. For a casual entry you
might consider the six hour section, which can be a continuous 6 hour bash,
or two separate periods totalling 6 hours.
