[UK-CONTEST] ROPOCO NP2 63BA

Hello Guys,
I didnt take part in the test apart from working a few stations, anyway I 
received the PC NP2 63BA at about 0800 GMT and didnt pass it on cos I was 
calling a friend on sked.  So after 0800 the post code  was with me. So it 
sounds like someone is playing around or hasnt read the rules and is 
repeating their PCode.
