Have a look at this, it is a web based SDR receiver run by the University of
Twente's amateur radio club in the Netherlands as mentioned on the Southgate
News Site today.  The system allows you to tune over either the 40 or 80
metre bands.

Better still, if you start your favourite digital mode software you can use
it as if it were connected to your receiver.
