[UK-CONTEST] Single rope luffing and raising tower info

A couple of the guys in Cray Valley own this type of tower, though it's
lighter than a Strumech and the three sections go up to nearly 60ft. It's
the one that was nearly destroyed by Farmer Giles during SSB Field Day
last year.

On this tower there is a pin which locks all three sections together and
stops them telescoping, this allows you to luff the tower. Once it is
vertical you remove the pin and then the sections telescope upwards.
