www.ei5di.com - select the "RSGB 80m Sprint" template.

With ESM (Enter Sends Message) enabled, your CW exchanges
are sent in the recommended format, and the ESM mode
toggles between RUN and S&P, as appropriate, as QSOs are
logged. 

For V14.08, SDCHECK, the post-contest program, has been
updated to request your category - LOW or QRP.
