It seems like that Cabrillo file has been exported in OK3R's case with
wrong call. I had s similar problem with adjucation in italy when they
have received my log as M1A in JO20RF ... resulting in disq. 

But good practise is... always use notepad to view your submission, I am
glad I did so many times, we all are humans (I hope we are) and we do
make mistakes.

Similar here. Also lost points on 10 Qs in 1060 so also pleased with
that.  A 
couple I guessed would be NIL but logged just in case.
 
OK1DVM/OK3R also featured in my list so tends to indicate that we
weren't 
the cause of the NILs!
