[UK-CONTEST] IOTA Contest logs deadline

We have about 1800 logs now on the server, with just less than a week to go 
to the submission deadline. There are about 400 stations with 100 QSOs or 
more in logs received who have yet to submit their logs. Please do so, even 
as a checklog, as it improves the overall adjudication process.
