Well done Ian and Nigel for a great effort!

and thanks for working the two of us (GW0ETF and myself) at GW0GEI on some
of the bands (its a blur at present after two days back at work and havnt
checked the log yet!) - but from what I recall you were a big signal.

I will put together a short report on our prep and fun weekend here on
Anglesey later in the week - but some brief comments on what has been posted
so far:

Well done Don and team - despite the ice and furry friends eating habbits

Well done to Andy and M6T team - enjoyed reading the report as always and
nice to see a huge multi single score from the UK :-) Would be interested
to see photos of the 160m antenna! I for one would really welcome an
article (radcom/web whatever) on how you plan and execute a decent multi
single operation.

Thanks to everyone who called us in the contest.

Like most people have commented I found the packet cluster spots / pileups
horrendous at times - dropped my rate most time we got spotted on the lower
bands, with a lot of the stations just not listening to who I was going back
to or taking notice of my timing. Good experience and practice though for
someone like me who isnt a regular cw operator outside of the big contests.

Nice to hear of a number of stations trying cw contest for the first time
and liking it. Bodes well for the future of uk cw contesting.

Will put up a report on our (fairly) laid back M2 operation from here later
in the week.
