[UK-CONTEST] RSGB Contest dates ..2009

Surprised it's taken you a year to notice!

Because of the way the pages are constructed, I will need to edit each one
of the hundreds of pages that comprise the site before I can refer to it
unambiguously as calendar.shtml. I do plan to do this, but it's not my
highest priority!

It made sense to have the 2008 calendar items appear first, while there
were still RSGB contests to take place, but now the log deadlines have
passed I will be removing the 2008 calendar.

We are still finalising some rules for 2009, but all the dates and times
should be correct, and the early contests such as AFS all have rules on
the web site.
