Yep, same situation coming from JANET.    

If I do a traceroute to that address I just get stuck at the 4th hop which is a london Janet link.  A reverse lookup on the address shows that the box is on telia.net.    Interestingly if I do a traceroute to the dns servers which gave me that info (on a totally different subnet) you pass straight through from JANET to a telia.net london link on 213.248.96

More likely the routing is stuffed?
Has the machine "owner" complained?
