OK. Click My Documents, AFS CW 2008 folder, select a file, double click 
to open it. One opens straightaway into Notepad, another gets :

Win-Test opens up, plain light blue background. Message "Win-test is not 
able to open this log file: These contest rules are not supported in 
this version!"

The object is to open a text file in Notepad, not run a contest using 
Win-Test but this happens quite often when I want to open up some files, 
not necesarily contest related.

I know what you are going to say .... CT1BOH says it should do this!!! 
(Smiley) and the WT guys will say ... all together now ...

It's not a bug, it's a feature !!!!
