[UK-CONTEST] Site

I don't know of any specific reason why the site might be down (I was also 
having trouble with the VHFCC site yesterday) but please be patient. Those 
who know about these things are all out doing VHF NFD this weekend, so I 
guess it may be a day or so before they can be attended to.
