[UK-CONTEST] RSGB HFCC SITE

Yesterday I wanted to look at the VHFCC site and found I had no access -
 no response from the server at all. Now I get that funny 403 message. 
Looks as if it is down together with HFCC which is also hosted there.

Guess there will be nobody around to sort it out as they are all on VHF 
NFD (rather drier inside here...).
