[UK-CONTEST] Strange signals on 28 MHz

I'm picking up a lot of strange signals on 28 MHz.  It is a short 
carrier for a few seconds followed by some very chirpy CW, usually only 
1 or 2 letters.  I have heard the following in the past 15 minutes:

28096.0 BC
28081.0 AH
28010.3 DB
28051.2 DZ
28066.4 DP
28006.2 CN
28061.6 D
28081.4 D
28106.4 CS
28106.4 D
28045.5 BW
28006.6 DP

I'm sure there are many more.  I can't find any below 28000 and the band 
is open to Italy and Hungary at the moment.  Can anyone else hear them, 
and does anyone know what they are?
