[UK-CONTEST] Strange signals on 28 MHz

Best chance at the moment is 28006.22 - CN and 28006.53 - DP
Both about S6 in Croydon.
Carrier comes on then drifts 200 - 300Hz HF in about a second before settling.
Remains on for 6 or 7 secs, then shifts about 200Hz lower and sends letters in chirpy CW

  I've tried 3 different antennas and can't hear anything of these signals at all.

  Must be for stockbroker belt ears only!
