[UK-CONTEST] Contesting + support

Fair point Peter. We have debated this within the Committee but I would be
interested in views from reflectees - not everyone has a high-grade colour
printer, but they are certainly getting more common. To avoid cluttering up
the reflector, feel free to email me direct with your views.

Incidentally, most top US contesters trace their enthusiasm to being
invited to one of the big multi-op stations. Sadly we don't have too many
of those in the UK. Kudos to G6PZ, among others, who makes a point of
inviting up-and-coming youngsters.
