Adding a link from the HFCC website to the log facility might be a great  
way to encourage more people to use it.

As far as I can see there is no mention of it on the 80m CC Rules page or  
indeed anywhere else on the HFCC site! The people most likely to benefit  
 from it are probably those that are least likely to read this list.
