[UK-CONTEST] HFCC Website

The way the redirection is done now is no different from when we had the 
old server. If you remember, all pages showed as 
www.contesting.co.uk/something

Unfortunately the old server cannot be resurrected, so space on the 
VHFCC server was kindly made available in order that we could resume 
service as soon as possible.
