Those would be the "local" K indices, based on measurements at DK0WCY's 
own site.

Another online magnetometer is at GM4PMK's QTH on the Isle of Mull, 
www.marsport.org.uk/observatory   That one showed the same wobble 
yesterday evening, followed by a larger one in the small hours lasting 
through dawn (still on today's screen). Once again, the K indices are 
its own locally computed values, so they are different from those at 
DK0WCY.

Global K indices combine data from several sites around the world, so 
those will be different yet again.
