[UK-CONTEST] First BERU Summary on 3830

The first Commonwealth Contest summary table has appeared on 3830.

If you ignore a couple of whacky numbers where people have obviously been
multiplying things rather than adding things, it contains some interesting
numbers. Hopefully the summary table will be run a few more times by 3830.
However only two UK stations have made an entry (and the VQ5XF entry only
just made it in time for this table by a whisker!).
