Hi.

  First of all the excuses!

I thought I would have a short while in the BERU for the first time ever in my
51 years on the air. Shame on me! I have missed a nice gentlemanly contest that
has more to do with tactics than just running, there was not the amount of stations
to run with! S&P most of the time just like the old days of DX-ing, and I found it
quite refreshing.
However, I was unable to get on to the web site for the rules, so missed out on
the HQ station points! I wondered why they sent HQ and I did not log it - Grrr.
I only had a few hours to play with and it ended with about 4 and a half in total so am entering the 12 hour category. I also worked a few insistent non-BERU
USA stations.
One member of my Morse class, fresh with a 2E0 call was told by several he
called "BERU only" so that prefix is unrecognised. Perhaps it should be with
others as well, mentioned in the rules.

Anyway, sum total of 64 QSO's that count and a measly 900 points.
I must try harder next year!
