[UK-CONTEST] Short Contest Calls

Interesting - I checked both the RSGB web site AND the Ofcom site prior to the contest (within the last week), and the RDX wasn't on either list. So I just slogged through the whole thing using GM4AFF. It's still not on the Ofcom web site today.
