I ressemble that remark!  I was at N5AN's QTH as part of the W5 FOC 
Social Weekend. It was great fun. We had gone to Bud's QTH for a gumbo 
feast. The chat went like this :

N5AN - Have you seen the shack?
SJJ - No
N5AN - Go in.
SJJ- Hmm yeah, a bit of gear (3 FT1kDs, 5 Alpha/Henry amps, various 
rotators and Stack Matches etc
N5AN - Siddown (handing me a note pad and pencil)
SJJ- OK (thinking what do I do with this, I gave up paper logging over 
18 years ago)

Bud disappears and leaves me on 20m. I have a few chats and then decide 
running is better than chatting. Had to re-learn how to shift the pencil 
around my hand without putting it down whilst sending, plus he keys 
straight into the FT1kD internal keyer which I hate. I went down stairs 
later to find he had forgotten I was there and the other guys had gone 
off to see the W5WMU real contest station. Apparently we were only 
running the 1.5kW to a 4 over 4 over 4 stack. It was good fun though!  
The funniest thing was working Don K8MFO who gave me s9 plus 20dB and 
said I was about the same from home on 160m!!
