The HFCC site has been up since 27th February and is working right now. 
The address is  http://www.rsgbhfcc.org.  It may be that your browser 
has stored the redirected address contesting.co.uk, unfortunatley that 
server is dead and cannot be redirected.

The email address for 80m CC SSB logs is
ccssb.logs at rsgbhfcc.org
