[UK-CONTEST] Commonwealth Contest 2008

Dont make this change please. This is because beru2004 is full up and I 
have had to open a new account for the website.
Users should go to www.beru.org.uk and then select the year 2008 and it 
will go through OK to the new account.
I will be deleting any 2008 info on the beru2004 site this weekend but 
the new one beru08 will be fine - I hope !!!??
