I would suggest that you try a sailing shop There you will get the bungee 
cord. Remember though that if you have 15 kg in weight it will be divided up 
as there are four supports. I only use about 4 feet of bungee on each 
support  so you do not need long lengths.
 I go my rope cheap in our local hardwere store. It was white in colour, so 
I dyed it brown Never had any trouble with it. I do have lenghts of old hose 
pipe over the ends which pass over the branch. It does help a little Also I 
try and move the rope every so often so that it does not grow into the tree.
