[UK-CONTEST] Re QTC in WAEDC RTTY

Hmmmmm i took me till Sunday to figure out with Win-test how to SEND QTCs. 
I got the RX bit ok on Saturday......

Maybe the progression to RTTY and also QTCs is just too much for some of the 
old buffers!
