There is indeed a backlog which is unfortunate. I have been in negotiation
with the RadCom editor and we are promised an increase to three supplements
a year. Hopefully we can do some catching up in the next one. You will have
noticed that this supplement finally carried the results of the 2007 IOTA
contest, after the 2008 contest had taken place (and you think you are badly
done to!)
